Return Policy
All returns must be made strictly within 30 days of the original order date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. A return request must be initiated with Customer Service before returning the product. Please contact [email protected] to start a return request. There must be a valid reason for return or it will not be accepted.
Returns must include all items originally shipped to you. Lionheart Health, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds will result in a credit of 50% of the original purchase price which may be used towards purchasing any of our other market cleared products in the Lionheart Health catalog https://lionhearthealthstim.com including KlothoYears klotho tests http://www.klothoyears.com IF we are able to sell your returned BodStim TM suit in the USED re-furbished marketplace you will qualify for a 50% of purchase price cash refund (sent by check to your mailing address) at that time if requested in advance and your credit account balance has not been used.
Note – All BodStim TM suits except the Slim Plus TM are designed to be used by multiple people after following cleaning instructions without any refurbishment procedure.
